About the role
As the Community Transport Coordinator, you will facilitate and manage the delivery of transport services designed to enhance the independence, wellbeing, and social connections of older adults and their caregivers. This role combines considered planning, coordination, and service delivery to ensure our transport services meet the highest standards of accessibility, reliability, and safety.
